Christmas has always been a hard time for me for many reasons. At my house, there are always dozens of people that stop by and stay for days on end. Some are family, some are friends, and some are friends of friends; it never did seem to matter as my home has always been sort of a catch all for guests in town that are at all associated with my family or friends. As a result of this, there is always a lot of laundry to do around Christmas time. Laundry of guests gets mixed in with laundry of my family and after the season I can never seem to find a pair of socks that are mine.
So, during the Christmas season, I began to delegate clothing into Christmas Hampers. This hampers system was my special way of making sure that laundry was done on time, and none of it was lost, misplaced, given to the wrong person, or otherwise destroyed. My Christmas Hampers always seemed to lower the stress level of everyone around that use the hampers. Christmas Hampers were a fantastic idea that I had after one particular Xmas hampers fiasco when I lost all of my jeans due to having 20 people in the house. The hampers help me sort things out into these Xmas hampers and allow everyone to stop worrying about getting their cloths back correctly. I have noticed that Xmas hampers have a way of slowing down the holiday season and help me retain my sanity.
