Our programme was foundering like a ship in high seas, and we were taking in water. Our project had lost its rudder and we had no way to give it direction. We needed to be able to manage risk while still steering our progarmme in the right direction, and give our project the organization it required to switch on the pumps and keep our “fleet” asail.
The solution came about through training. Msp training helped to get our programme under control. Our entire programme benefitted from the flexibility and the numerous available processes and it enabled us to gain control of our projects and activities to reach a safe haven.
Prince2 Training provided us with the method we needed for each of the different projects in our “fleet”. What’s more, as Prince2 Training is recognized more and more internationally, it was adaptable in every port of call.
MOR Training helped us consider risk from the different perspectives of our ship captains from throughout our organisation and yet kept our compass headings in the same direction as we sailed toward our home port. By managing risk at the gunwale, and still being able to maintain our course and heading, operations prospered.
Thanks to Msp training, Prince2 Training and MOR Training our Armada now sails under one flag. The flexibility has provided the individual projects with the opportunity to weather every peril and manage risk within the structure of the overall programme. It will be smoother sailing from here.
