P3o training supports a business entity’s formalized structure to accommodate progress and change within an organization. One highlight of p3o training appears to be the emphasis and detail given to each of the three elements in p3o: Portfolio, Program and Project. Management creates a succinct Portfolio of business objectives and outputs. Programs (Programmes) are the specific points of setup, such as establishing markers for performance output. Project structure is management’s detailed task and review of each step completed from point one to finish.
Business Analysis Training marks the review and research steps that should be taken at pre-selected points to determine if output growth and profits are meeting company goals. In cases where the goals are being met, careful analysis identifies which points should be stressed to maintain or improve outcomes.
